- What’s new in the latest version of Fairway?
- You can always read the release notes for the latest features, bug fixes, and some future product direction.
- Can I backup my data from Fairway?
- We don’t current support this feature but we’d love to receive your input on what you’d like to see done.
- How can I prevent my data from being lost while updating?
- There are a lot of directions available for this online right now. We currently recommend always updating Fairway via iTunes. Please be sure to perform a backup of your device before any software update. If you lose your data then we recommend restoring from your backup and trying again until Apple resolved this issue.
Using Fairway
- Does Fairway have a Scorecard?
- No, we do not currently have support for any scorecard functionality within Fairway. While we do have plans for shot tracking in the future we don’t intend for it to be a dominant feature in our application.
- If I delete a bag does it delete the clubs within it?
- Performing a delete of a bag of clubs does not delete any of the clubs from Fairway. To delete a club you must either delete it from the Club Editor or from within the All Clubs List.
Feature Requests
- How do I suggest a feature be added to Fairway?
- We always welcome input form our users. Please send us your suggestion. While we can’t guarantee it’ll make it into a release, all input is appreciated.
Troubleshooting
- I’ve purchased Fairway but it doesn’t start?
- This appears to be a common bug on the iPhone and iPod Touch with all applications. Please try restarting your device and try again? If it still fails to launch and you haven’t started customizing it yet them please try reinstalling it.
